The Board of Livermore is pleased to announce that, with effect from 23 September 2009, Mr Menachem Marder has joined the Board as Non-executive Director.

Mr Marder earned an M.B.A. with a major in Finance from Tel Aviv University, and holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University School.

He is a Member of the institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel and was founder and senior Manager of the accounting firm Shlomo Ziv and Partners (BDO).

Mr Marder currently serves as Director at Gevaram Quality Envelopes Ltd., Haogenplast Ltd., Haogenplast Projects (1970) Ltd., Menora Mivtachim Underwriters & Management Ltd., Rolltime Ltd. and Mimtar Business Consulting.

In the previous five years Mr Marder has served as a Director of Shekel Insurance Agency Ltd.

There is no other information required to be disclosed under Paragraph (g) of Schedule Two the AIM Rules for Companies.
