Empire Online Limited ("Empire Online" or "the Company")
Empire Online announces that the Remuneration Committee has awarded options to certain employees, directors and consultants of the Company to acquire ordinary shares in Empire Online, representing approximately 3.75 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
The directors of the Company who have been awarded options to acquire shares are as follows:

All the above options become exercisable in 3 equal tranches on 20 July 2007, 20 July 2008 and 20 July 2009.
The awards, which are conditional in the case of certain awards, have been made pursuant to two new share option schemes (the Empire Online Limited Discretionary Employee Share Option Plan 2006 and the Empire Online Limited Discretionary Consultant Share Option Plan 2006) which were adopted by the Company on 19 July 2006 for the benefit of employees and directors of and consultants to the Company.
These option awards recognise the long term commitment of the management team, led by Noam Lanir, to building the business of Empire Online.
